Less Lethal Protection and its customers will conduct a visible inspection of any item not already sealed in its original packaging before being sold.
All in-store items will have a tamper-proof tape seal before leaving the store. There are no returns once the seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened. If your item is damaged, you must file a claim directly with the Manufacturer within 10 Days of purchase. YOU MUST HAVE A RECEIPT. YOU are responsible for filing the claim with the Manufacturers directly. We will assist you if you’re experiencing issues.
Umarex, Homewrecker, Byrna® launchers and Byrna launcher accessories, other than its projectiles and Co2, that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer from the Manufacturer, provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance. Less Lethal Protection does NOT accept damaged returns.
This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.
You may return your purchase within 14 days, providing the seal or its packaging has not been tampered with or opened. There is a 25% restock fee within 14 days and a 50% restock fee between 15 and up to a 30-day maximum.
