1. DISCLAIMER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

   1. Less Lethal Protection, LLC is not responsible for any physical harm or damage from the use or misuse of any self-defense weapons, projectiles, and accessories purchased from us.
   2. SALES PROHIBITED TO: Hawaii, Rhode Island, California, and New York, Connecticut, Delaware, New Mexico, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
   3. By purchasing a self-defense weapon from us you understand Less Lethal Protection, LLC does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and of no legal disability.
   4. By purchasing a self-defense weapon from Less Lethal Protection, LLC, the buyer warrants that he/she is following all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Less Lethal Protection, LLC for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state, and local laws or regulations.
   5. Please check local laws before ordering any self-defense device, including a non-lethal launcher, its projectiles, and accessories, and particularly its pepper ball projectiles.

2. CUSTOMER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

   1. By processing your pending order through the utilization of a credit card, money order, or personal check, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE ONLINE CONTRACT WITH THE HOME SECURITY SUPERSTORE, AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED IN THIS “CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE” TO GOVERN YOUR PENDING TRANSACTION WITH THE HOME SECURITY SUPERSTORE.
   2. Less Lethal Protection, LLC is committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow the best technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of our systems, and are fully PCI Compliant. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our web site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. Our site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using state-of-the-art extended validation secure socket layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. In addition, only those employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access. Finally, our systems use firewalls, anti-virus protection, and vulnerability scanning to unauthorized access to our systems.

• Any online orders, including but not limited to Byrna®, Homewreker, Umarex products, with their name brand accessories and its projectiles, that have been shipped to you damaged, must either be declined upon receiving the package or contact us immediately and within 5 business days of receiving.
• Although Less Lethal Protection LLC, and its subsidiaries are not responsible for packages once they are placed in the care of the shipping carrier, including packages that are lost or stolen, we will do our utmost diligence to assist you, providing the package has not been opened or attempted to be opened or its tamper evident tape compromised.

• We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the tamper evident tape not removed and in new and unused condition. All eligible “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
• Less Lethal Protection, LLC will also accept “Change of Heart” refunds after 14 days and up to 30 days with a 50% restocking fee, adhering to the same 14-day policy. No exceptions. Any merchandise that has been opened, tampered with, customized, or shows any sign of use will not be eligible for return.

• All items must be inspected by the staff and buyer prior to the purchase of any item. It will then be sealed in its packaging with tamperproof tape. If within 14 business days of an in-store purchase, you find your purchase was defective, we will do our utmost diligence to assist you with its Manufacturing return policy. We do NOT accept defective returns on any Umarex, Byrna, or Homewrecker products. You may choose not to contact Less Lethal Protection LLC by following the directions on the enclosed Manufacturer’s Warranty tag and contacting them directly.
• YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT FOR ANY AND ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Less Lethal Protection LLC, and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse sales/service to anyone for any reason and are under no obligation to share details of those decisions. All sales are final on ALL projectiles and carry absolutely no policy on returns. You may choose not to contact Less Lethal Protection LLC by following the directions on the enclosed Manufacturer’s Warranty tag and contacting them directly.
• The CO2 Powered Launchers have a manufacturer’s warranty for their products and will work with you to fix or replace defective products.

Less Lethal Protection and its customers will conduct a visible inspection of any item not already sealed in its original packaging before being sold.

All in-store items will have a tamper-proof tape seal before leaving the store. There are no returns once the seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened. If your item is damaged, you must file a claim directly with the Manufacturer within 10 Days of purchase. YOU MUST HAVE A RECEIPT. YOU are responsible for filing the claim with the Manufacturers directly. We will assist you if you’re experiencing issues.

Umarex, Homewrecker, Byrna® launchers and Byrna launcher accessories, other than its projectiles and Co2, that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer from the Manufacturer, provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance. Less Lethal Protection does NOT accept damaged returns.

This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.

You may return your purchase within 14 days, providing the seal or its packaging has not been tampered with or opened. There is a 25% restock fee within 14 days and a 50% restock fee between 15 and up to a 30-day maximum.

ALL SALES ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL ON PROJECTILES, CO2 CARTRIDGES, AND APPAREL ONCE IT LEAVES THE STORE.

Disclosure and Waiver: As a buyer, you should be aware that pepper balls are designed for self-defense and safety purposes. They are not toys and should be handled with care. Before purchasing pepper balls from Less Lethal Protection, LLC, our Policy requires a Valid Driver’s License or Photo I.D.

Product Details: Pepper balls are typically .68 caliber hard plastic spheres filled with an irritant powder. The powder is designed to burst upon impact.

Wind or air currents can affect the direction of pepper spray, so be mindful of your surroundings. Residue from pepper powder can get onto hands and skin, potentially affecting the user.

If you’re considering purchasing pepper balls from Less Lethal Protection, LLC, a License to Carry, F.I.D. Card, or a background check is not required. However, you must be 18 years old or older.
